Overview

Asheville’s Parks and Recreation On-Line application ultimately offers you the convenience of on-line registrations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may now self-register via the Internet for a variety of activities offered. You will have the option to view class/program availability and to enroll in classes. Also, you can process a payment, print a receipt, and/or save to disk in one easy operation. You may also review your enrollment history and send emails. The Asheville Parks and Recreation Department would like to better serve you by offering the functionality, security, convenience and time saving advantages of the Web.

Existing Customer?

If you have registered with the Asheville Parks and Recreation Department in the past, please contact us to receive your User Name and Password.

New Customer?

If this is your first time registering with us, you may contact us or follow these simple steps to obtain a User Name and Password:

Step 1 - Click on "New User?" at the bottom of our registration page, Parks and Recreation On-Line. Complete all information about your household. (Keep in mind that all fields with an asterisk are required).

Step 2 - Once the primary household member’s data has been completed, click the Finish button.

Step 3 - A message will display saying, "Your household information has been added. Please continue by adding your family member data". Click, OK.

Step 4 - Edit the gender, date of birth and school grade information for the household member you just added, then proceed with adding all other household members. (Examples: wife, children).

Step 5 - A message will display saying, "Would you like to add more family members? Click OK for Yes, Click Cancel for No". If you click OK, you will return to the screen in step 4 for more data entry. If you click Cancel, you will see a message saying, "Thank you for entering your household information. You will be notified by email as soon as your account has been reviewed and activated". Click, OK.

Step 6 - Within 24 hours, our department will contact you via email with your new User Name and Password.
