City of Asheville - Utility Billing Internet Service Payment Options

Pay utility bills using credit cards (MasterCard/Visa) or by bank draft (This option is not web-based. Call 251-1122 or use the "eMail Us" link in Utility Billing On-Line to request an application package be mailed to your home)

Payment Types

Immediate Payment – Once signed onto the Utility Billing On-Line service, click the "Pay Now" button. You may elect to have your credit card stored in your electronic billfold for later use. (If you do store your credit card information in the billfold, then use the "On-Demand Payment" option for payment next time.)
On-Demand Payment – Once signed onto the Utility Billing On-Line service, click the "Payments" button, then click the "On Demand Payment" button. If you have not yet stored a credit card information page here, then you may select a card type and click the "Add" button to store it in the electronic billfold. To make a payment using a stored credit card, click the "Pay" button next to the card you wish to use.
